All items shown on these pages are representations of the items for sale. Because everything is handmade from silver and stone mined from the earth, the actual pieces might show slight variations from the photos.

But when available, special order requests let you order any piece you see on my site, in stock or not, and have it personalized to fit your size (rings, bracelets and necklaces) and stone preference (where applicable). However, some items are not available for special order, or have limited stone or size options. I'll try to spell out these restrictions in an item's description.

To place a special order, please note the name of the item you would like a variation of and submit my order form.

While most special order prices will be the same as those listed, some may vary from the listed item, depending on the cost of materials requested (stones, for example). I'll give you the final price after you submit the request.

If you place a special order, I'll contact you with the final price and to arrange for payment, which must be received before I create the personalized piece.

For international orders, I charge a flat shipping and handling rate of $16 for the first item purchased, and $8 for each subsequent item in the order (shipping charged only for first ten items).

In-stock items usually ship one to two days after approval of payment.

Since special orders are manufactured after the order is received, please allow four to six weeks for delivery unless I tell you otherwise. (Most items should ship in one or two weeks, but complicated orders or huge volume of other orders could create a backlog.)

*NOTE: If you approve the design of a personalized item and then change your mind, any exchange will be at my discretion. In short, if it's so personalized that it's not something I'd design for general appeal, I won't accept it. (Even shorter: If I can't resell it, it's yours.)
